| Description of Subjects/Issues |
This rulemaking process has been initiated in response to public testimony coming from a separate
school finance rulemaking process, along with an internal review of the two rule sets. Staff are
proposing a conforming technical edit to 1 CCR 301-71 in order to ensure alignment between the
online rules and the school finance rules. |
