| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Colorado State Board of Nursing will hold a Rulemaking Hearing on April 24, 2024, at 9:00 A.M. to allow stakeholders a final opportunity to testify before the Board determines on Revisions to Rule 1.15 - RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PRESCRIPTIVE AUTHORITY FOR ADVANCED PRACTICE REGISTERED NURSES, in order to clarify the statutory mentorship requirements for APN RXNs, and to correct a formatting error in Rule 1.14 – RULES AND REGULATIONS TO REGISTER PROFESSIONAL NURSES QUALIFIED TO ENGAGE IN ADVANCED PRACTICE REGISTERED NURSING. |
