The passage of a number of legislative items in 2018 made changes to a number of terms currently defined in 7.000.2. This rule packet is to align the definitions in rule to those now in statute. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The passage of a number of legislative items in 2018 made changes to term institutional abuse currently defined in
7.000.2. Additionally, there has been a new definition of the term crossover youth. Both of these are defined in 19-
1-103 C.R.S. This rule packet is to align the definitions in rule to those now in statute. This packet also revises the
definitions relevant to program area 4 (youth in conflict) in response to county department of human/social services
request for clarity. |
