The State Board of Accountancy will hold a public rulemaking hearing on September 19, 2018 at 10:30 AM regarding proposed revisions to improve clarity, address technical changes and update references.
Proposed Rule Revisions: 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 2.1, 2.2, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 3.3, 3.7, 4.1, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.7, 6.9, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12, 7.3, 7.6, 7.9, 8.6, 8.13, 8.14, 9.2, 9.13, 9.14, 10.7, 11.3 and 12.3.
A stakeholder meeting was held on June 25, 2018. Comments were recorded and provided to Board members for review and consideration at the Board of Accountancy meeting on August 1, 2018.
Interested parties will have an opportunity to make brief comments at the rulemaking hearing, unless the Board determines otherwise. |
