Correction being requested as it relates to the NEC 2017 code. A public rule making hearing took place on March 27, 2017, and at that time, the Electrical Board adopted the NEC 2017 code. Permanent rules regarding the NEC 2017 code went into effect on June 1, 2017; at that time, the rules as adopted and filed with the Secretary of State correctly listed the NEC 2017 code. However, after a subsequent rulemaking hearing unrelated to the NEC code, the rules filed with the Secretary of State contained a typographical error, reflecting the former, incorrect year of the NEC code (2014). |
