| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to expand the quarantines coverage; incorporate by reference the National Plan Board’s Japanese Beetle Harmonization Plan; remove information on insecticides to focus on active ingredients and not products; expand the scope of Japanese beetle trapping and management requirements for plants in 12” containers or smaller that are shipped into Colorado from areas under quarantine; provide more flexibility for shipments of ornamental grasses into Colorado or shipments from areas under quarantine; and correct typographical and non-substantive errors. |
