6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 24 was published in the Code of Colorado Regulations on July 12, 2017. Upon review of the publication, the department identified a non-substantive error. The definition of "qualified manager", currently at Provision 2.15, is not in alphabetical order. The Department is initiating this administrative correction to restore the alphabetical order of the definitions. To make this change "qualified manager" will move to 2.17, "program coordinator" will move to 2.15, and "qualified instructor" will move to 2.16. Though minor, this change improves readability and understanding for stakeholders and individuals applying the rule. |
