Creation of new rule for OIT regarding electronic transactions (this posting is to reschedule hearing to January 17, 2017 at 10 am). |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
This proposed Rule is both to “clean up” the previous Rule (1 CCR 111-1) moving it to reside with OIT and align with state statute. The Rule promotes the development and use of electronic transactions by Colorado governmental agencies by setting forth criteria agencies can utilize to ensure their electronic transactions are complete securely and in compliance with ever changing technological requirements. |
