| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the new telecommunications relay service surcharge into the rule. The amendment also establishes registration, collection, and payment procedures, as required by statute, to collect and remit the enhanced 911 and telecommunications relay service surcharges, calculates the amount on which the surcharges are imposed, and establishes other necessary rules. |
