| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to repeal the Rules Pertaining to “Heath Requirements Governing Livestock and Poultry” at 8 CCR 1201-1 and move and update the definition of “zoological park”; exceptions to Certificates of Veterinary Inspection; Certificates of Veterinary Inspection for non-livestock, zoological park animals, and wildlife; bovine dairy herd tuberculosis-free accreditation; garbage cooking for swine; and swine vesicular exanthema to 8 CCR 1201-19, “Livestock Disease Control”. |
