| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Unemployment Insurance Division is responsible for administering § 8-73-107, C.R.S., which requires individuals who request payment of unemployment benefits to meet certain weekly eligibility requirements, including seeking work. The immediate adoption of this rule is necessary to allow the Unemployment Insurance Division to run a pilot project that will permit certain reemployment services provided by local workforce centers to be counted towards the weekly work-search requirements for those individuals who choose to participate in the program. |
