The purpose of this rulemaking is to provide revisions that will make the rules easier to read and understand; and update rules to reflect changes in disease detection, surveillance, testing, and monitoring. These revisions incorporate changes as a result of the Department’s Regulatory Efficiency Review Process. |

The purpose of this rulemaking is to provide revisions that will make the rules easier to read and understand; and update rules to reflect changes in disease detection, surveillance, testing, and monitoring. These revisions incorporate changes as a result of the Department’s Regulatory Efficiency Review Process.
These changes reflect the efforts of the reviewers to achieve the dual goal of protecting Colorado’s alternative livestock industry from disease while providing an environment where that industry may thrive. |
