| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend the rules to: (1) designate additional plant species for inclusion on the Watch List; (2) develop and implement state noxious weed management plans for selected List B species; (3) revise parts of the rule pertaining to roadway and water vectors; (4) add management plan maps to accompany new management plans; and (5) correct non-substantive typographical errors and update internal citations to reflect new rules. |
