The purpose for these proposed amendments to the rules is to further clarify the process for obtaining a temporary license under Rule II.C.3, pursuant to section 12-39-108(6), C.R.S. and to address unnecessary language or unclear language in Rules II.A.5, II.C.2.c, II.E.1, III.C.1, and III.D.3. Please make sure all written comments are submitted to the Board no later than October 10, 2012. |
