| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To describe pretreatment requirements, prohibitions, standards, concentrations and effluent limitations on pollutants and wastes that may be discharged into Cherry Creek Reservoir, and to describe precautionary measures, both mandatory and prohibitory, that must be taken by dischargers to prevent pollution of Cherry Creek Reservoir. |
