| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on proposed amendments to 5 CCR 1006-2, Medical Use of Marijuana: 1) to determine fees to pay for administrative costs (direct and indirect) of the medical use of marijuana program; (2) to modify the indigence standard to conform with House Bill 11-1043; 3) to clarify the definition of "in good standing" in accord with House Bill 11-1043; and, 4) to make any other necessary conforming changes and corrections of typographical errors. |
