Rules for the Administration of Colorado School Children's Asthma Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Health Management Act |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
SB09-226, Section 22-2-135 C.R.S, requires the State Board to promulgate rules for the Administration of the Colorado Schoolchildren?s Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Management Act, 1 CCR 301-68 on or before January 1, 2010. The initial proposed amendments to the rules were drafted and reviewed by CDE staff and interested parties. After the initial posting of the rules, further input was received and the proposed rules were amended. These amendments modify current rules for the self-carry of asthma/anaphylaxis medications, 1 CCR 301-68, and conform the existing rules to current law. |
