The purpose of these rule amendments is to comply with amendments to the Act set forth in SB 09-113. Amendemnts are proposed to establish license and certificate expiration dates; establish and amend certification categories and performance requirements; add a section to contain the statements of basis, specific statutory authority and purpose; delete unnecessary language; and to make typographical and formatting corrections. |
