The basis of the proposed change to the rule is to move the Colorado Unemployment Insurance Program forward with the current changing economic conditions as encouraged by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and the Unemployment Insurance Modernization Act (UIMA). |
