To consider the repeal of the requirements set forth in Regulation 13 |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
On August 20, 2009 the Commission acted to adopt a proposal to repeal the requirements of Regulation Number 13 in its entirety effective February 1, 2011. This action of the Commission was not timely filed with the Secretary of State and did not become effective. The Commission considered an action to resubmit their August action to the Secretary of State for publication. |
