These Rules regulate the conduct of hearings held before the Colorado Department of Revenue Hearings Division regarding: suspension, revocation, or denial of licenses other than driver's licenses; denial of the issuance of any documents authorized or required to be issued by the Department of Revenue other than identification cards; or any discipline or sanction provided by statute and imposed by any Division of the Colorado Department of Revenue. |
