| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this regulation is to set the filing requirements and standards for certification as a self-insurer under ?10-4-624, C.R.S. It is the opinion of the Commissioner that any owner of motor vehicles which must be registered should either obtain complying motor vehicle insurance or comply with this regulation |
