The proposed amendment seeks to implement the provisions of House Bill 08-1227, which amended ? 40-6-122, C.R.S. That statute, entitled ex parte communications ? disclosure, requires Commissioners and Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) to ?file memoranda of all private communications to or from interested persons concerning matters under the commissioners? or judges? jurisdiction.? |
