| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Rules of the State of Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisers, as adopted in July 2006, created a system with which the underlying registration department has become unable to comply timely and fully in order to allow re-licensure to occur at any time other than the historic end-of-the-year period. It is otherwise impossible for the current software and programming to be able to allow for re-licensure that occurs at any time other than the October 1 to December 31 period. |
